The short version

You give us your career details so we can generate your career documents. That's what we use them for. We don't sell your data, and we never see your card details.

What we collect

• Career details you enter: your name, email, phone (optional), location, work experience, education, skills, and anything else you type into the generate form.
• Generated documents: the CV, cover letter, LinkedIn content, and other sections we create for you, stored so you can return to them.
• Payment records: the payment reference, amount, and status from Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack and never touch our servers.

How we use your data

• To generate your career documents using an AI model (Anthropic's Claude).
• To show you your preview and full kit, and let you download your files.
• To process and confirm your payment.
• To respond if you contact us for support.

AI processing

The career details you enter are sent to our AI provider to generate your documents. They are used to produce your kit — not to train models on your personal data.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase) and is accessible only through our servers. Result pages use unguessable links and are not indexed by search engines.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We don't send your details to recruiters or employers.
• We don't store your card details — Paystack handles all payment processing.

Deleting your data

Want your data removed? Email daniel@taskclan.comfrom the address you used and we'll delete your records.
